So You Think You Can Dance - Blake McGrath on Regis

I think I was asleep when Ryan Conferido appeared on Regis and Kelly, darn, but this time around, my DVR was ready.

I got a question for you Rickey. Is your computer connected to the cable tv or something like that? How do you convert this videos to computer format? Does your TV has some sort of DVD Writer and then you copy the DVD to your computer. I'm just wondering how you do this.

Interesting...that's the same hip hop routine Kamilah did with Nick. Still good, though.

I actually woke up just to catch Blake & Kamilah on Regis & Kelly, but then a damn brush-fire broke-out so our programming was pre-empted right before they were about to come on. So THANK YOU!!

whoa blake actually did a pretty good job dancing on regis.. although they werent as enthusiastic as they were performing in SYTYCD. but still love them both!! ohhhhh damn can't wait for next week's show.. it's gonna be so sick.. ;)

looking forward to seeing ryan again!!

Blake's hip hop was actually pretty good. He still leads his spins with his butt, but what ever. Kamilah on tour with Prince??? Wow, thats cool!

Yeah, I thought of that too, probably too early in the morning, the show was like at 9 eastern time, that's like what 6 am in LA . They probably had to get up early to practice. When they were on Ellen, doing the same dance, I thought they were much livelier.

Blake executed it differently. It's more masculine. But both Nick and Blake did this routine the way its supposed to. I love both of them. I'm a Blake fan now. too bad, can no longer vote for him.

Hey Rickey....do u have the clip from the ellen show by any chance I missed that one :( If you do can u post it!!

I also thought they looked a lil tired or not so pumped up....but yeah they tape pretty early and they only have a small space to dance so maybe that came into play! Either way I still loved it! And I thought the same thing GreenArcher....Blakes version seemed a little more manlier!

Can't really understand why they picked this very lacklustre routine. I think the best Hip-Hop in the show was the one Kamilah and Jamile danced that was choreographed by Brian Friedman. Would have liked to see them do that one.

Probably because Brian was busying working on the show this week. Same with Shane (who choreographed one of Kamilah's routines too), so they had to go with the routine Marty choreographed since he wasn't busy. That's what I'm assuming.

I'd have liked to seen them do more energetic choreography, but they were good. Blake was really smooth and natural.

And so was the under-appreciated Kamilah, who's really in her element with this style. I think she was outstanding in the hip-hop she did with Jamile.

Yeah, they did look tired. And the routine they did didn't have any enthusiasm. Well.. that shows you that Blake can pull off hip hop!

I'm so pissed off at Kamilah at the moment. Could've let BLAKE talk a bit, couldn't she? Geez. What was it that fell out of Blake's pants? AHAHA. Anyways, I wish it was a one-on-one interview. I want to hear Blake describe how getting eliminated etc was. Grrr.

Why are you guys surprised Blake did well w/ Hip Hop? He danced w/ Britney Spears (and no, thats not Pop dancing).

Anyways, I wasnt that impressed. They didnt seem to really give it their all. Maybe it was the choreagraphy, but Blake could've done better. Artem & Melissa put so much more into their performance on Ellen last week.

I thought this choreo was pretty lame when I first saw it ( Nick/Kamiah, Snow/Alan) but Blake and Kamilah really made it look smooth and sexy. It's not a show-stopper number like "Shake" or "Toma" but yeah, very smoooove. Thanks for posting the clip!

Nick was definitely more masculine with this and he executed it better. I wasn't impressed by Blakes hip hop and I think what he does with spears is all pop, not hip hop. Glad to see my girl Kamilah is going places.
